Mr. Rajesh Jain, Chairman
B.E. (Electronics), joined the Company in 1988 as a management trainee. In 1994, he became CMD of the Company. Under his leadership, the Company has grown from Rs.25 Crores to Rs.1,100 Crores. In 2000, elected as the youngest president of IEEMA. In the same year became the Vice Chairman of Maharana Pratap Education Trust, which runs 4 schools for 2,400 children. Member of APDRP Task Force of Ministry of Power in 2002. Member of the CII State Council of Maharashtra, in 2005-06 and 2007-08. Member of CII-Western Region Council in 2010-11. The Chairman of ELECRAMA in 2006, largest Exhibition in the world for Electrical Industry. Founder Chief Patron (FCP) of JITO and a Trustee of EMCO Foundation.

   

Mr. Shailesh Jain, Vice Chairman
B.E. (Chemical), joined as Executive Director from October, 1993. He has been elevated to Joint Managing Director in 1996 and as "Vice-Chairman & Managing Director" in 2008. He has personally contributed for the fast track growth that EMCO is experiencing today. The establishment of Energy Meters and Projects Division of the Company is his personal brainchild. Under his guidance, the Company had taken certain major initiatives - like building up world-class manufacturing plant with state of art equipment to manufacture upto 20,000 MVA transformers, one of the largest capacity plant in Asia, expansion of the product reach globally, etc. He is an active member of CII (Western Region) and IEEMA.

   

Mr. S. V. Deo, Independent Director
B.E. Electrical, DBM, MIE, has vast experience in the field of Transmission and Distribution of Power in Maharashtra State Electricity Board. He joined MSEB in 1961, as "Junior Engineer" and was elevated to the post of Technical Director - Transmission and Distribution of entire state of Maharashtra. In the year, 1998 the Government of Maharashtra appointed him as Technical Member (Transmission and Distribution). He then retired as a Member on 31st March, 2002. Presently he is working as Technical Advisor for a reputed Indian Wind Turbine manufacturer to set up large wind farms in India / USA.

       
Mr. Bheru Choudhary, Independent Director
B.Com, LL. B and qualified as Solicitor from Bombay Incorporated Law Society and Law Society of England & Wales, has vast experience in the field of law for more than a decade. He is engaged in practice of Law specializing in Media and Entertainment, Corporate and Commercial laws, real estate and litigation and arbitration.
   
       
Mr. Sanjay Bhatnagar, Independent Director
An MBA with Honours from Harvard University, Mr. Bhatnagar also holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Stanford University. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with distinction, from the Indian Institute of Technology, India. Mr. Bhatnagar is the Chief Executive Officer of WaterHealth International (WHI), a new generation water company developing decentralized, sustainable community water purification solutions for underserved populations worldwide. It currently serves a population of over 2 million people through approximately 400 purification plants in India, Philippines and Africa (Ghana). Mr. Bhatnagar is the founder of the THOT Capital, a Group active in greenfield asset development and the origination, structuring, financing, operational management and buy-out of companies. THOT’s asset buy out activities are focused in the US, European & Indian markets and the Group also manages a Foreign Exchange fund through its affiliate Eshan Ventures. Prior to setting up the THOT Capital Group, Sanjay was the CEO of Enron Broadband Services, Middle East & Asia and Chairman and CEO, Enron South Asia (Energy), where his responsibilities included developing new businesses in energy infrastructure, communications and broadband services. He also worked for Schlumberger, the oil field services company, as an engineer and manager in several Southeast Asian countries including Brunei, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia, and in France. His responsibilities included project development, marketing and operations management. Mr. Bhatnagar is on the Board of Punj Lloyd Limited as Independent Director and has also been Director Emeritus of the US India Business Council (USIBC), Washington DC, Director on the Board of AIESEC USA, President of the American Chamber of Commerce in India, Member of the Young Presidents Organization and World Presidents Organization, among other prestigious trade bodies.
   
       
Smt. Archana Capoor, Independent Director
A Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and MBA in Finance & Market Research from University of Allahabad, she has corporate leadership experience of more than three decades. She was Chairperson and Managing Director of Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd. (TFCI Ltd.) and Finance Head of Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO). She is Member Secretary & Project Advisor to Indian Trust for Rural Heritage and Development (ITRHD) and leading several projects to help the economically under privileged people under CSR.
